Police have since seized a ute believed to have been involved in the incident, but are yet to find the driver.
Detectives said the registered owner of the black 2007 Holden Rodeo has spoken with police and did not have the vehicle at the time of the incident.Victoria Police have seized a ute as part of their investigation. "It's just been making us have sleepless nights over the last five months, and we just can't keep living like this, we just want answers," they said.
