New CCTV footage has emerged showing a white SUV leaving the Bayside Court complex three minutes before a fatal house fire on Sunday morning, killing eight-year-old Raven and her 31-year-old babysitter Stephanie Ryan. Police are reviewing the footage and have spoken to the driver of the vehicle, but no suspects have been identified at this time.

The footage is now crucial evidence in police investigations.
"Just because the homicide investigation unit are engaged, doesn't mean there's anything that we've confirmed that is sinister at this stage, it's just undetermined the actual cause of the fire and the death of the people involved," Detective Inspector Paul Dalton said.
