According to court records, Miklautsch’s preliminary hearing had begun in Saskatoon provincial court when the Crown and defence entered a consent committal on Aug. 22 to send the matter to Saskatoon Court of King’s Bench for trial.“In these cases, additional evidence came to light that required reassessment.
