Make the most of your Christmas leftovers with this advice from a top chef.
With Christmas dinner soon to be done and dusted later on today, it's nearly time to think about what you'll do with the leftovers.
Peter Sidwell, chef and author at Cook Serve Enjoy, put together a handy guide for anyone preparing their Christmas dinner for friends and family this year in order to make it run as smoothly as possible. He said: "Any leftover sauce can be mixed together with a little soy sauce and a tablespoon of Korean chilli paste to make a cracking Asian sauce to serve up with leftover turkey on Boxing Day."
For the turkey, experts at BBC Good Food say you can save money by reheating it in the microwave rather than relying on the oven.
