Only by learning to unplug and face uncomfortable truths can we teach our offspring to face bad news about the world, says child and family psychotherapist Louis Weinstock

Once we are more frequently unplugged we can make a space to process the difficult and uncomfortable feelings that come up around these issues. As the world continues to heat up, our children really need us to develop this capacity to be with uncomfortable truths.
