Homicide squad detectives have released CCTV linked to the fatal shooting of a Sydney drug dealer.
Emergency services were called to Broughton Street in Canterbury about 2am on July 27, 2023 after reports of a shooting.
The investigation was undertaken by Task Force Magnus under Strike Force Murrell, established to crack down on the city’s violent underworld.Last month, a 27-year-old man was charged with Mr Stemler’s murder, while a pregnant 23-year-old woman was charged with assisting others involved in the plan to kill Mr Stemler.
A white Lexus – which was stolen in July last year – can be seen arriving at the Casula Central carpark about 10.25pm on July 18, with police alleging the car lay in wait for the planned shooting.Two people have been charged over his murder. Picture: Facebook
