Members of Blockade Australia were being secretly monitored by camouflage police whilst staying in a makeshift set-up at a property in Colo, north west of Sydney in the Hawkesbury.The property in Colo, said to be run by members of Blockade Australia, was being watched by camouflage police yesterday when the cops were spotted
"They've got no respect for people's lives. They're economic vandals," NSW Police Minister Paul Toole said.Speaking outside Penrith Local Court, lawyer Mark Davis took aim at "unidentified police hiding on their own property where they're legally entitled to be". The court heard evidence on Monday of the individuals' ongoing participation in the climate protest movement.Maxim Curmi was arrested in March for causing a disruption at Port Botany.
