A climber has died after falling from a cliff in western Victoria. It’s understood the person fell near the Centenary Park Access Track at the Mount Arapiles-Tooan State Park, not far from Horsham, about 3.40pm on Tuesday.
climber has died after a fall in Western Victoria “The climber, who is yet to be formally identified, died at the scene,” Victoria Police said. The death is not being treated as suspicious. Mount Arapiles, located within the park, is an extremely popular rock climbing destination. The mountain is 230m high and there are over 3000 different climbs available.
