Picture: Asanka Ratnayake/Getty Images Woolworths’ legal aide, Cameron Moore SC, said the ACCC’s case against his client was “misconceived” and the notion the supermarket put forward the price hikes was incorrect, adding the price increases were “initiated” by the suppliers in a response to rising costs.
