"You should be wearing a mask, you should be there doing what you lawfully need to do, and you should be mindful, not just as a function of the rules but just as a function of common sense, if you are from an area where there is much more virus and you are going into an area, lawfully, where there is much less," he said.
"It's absolutely important that people, when they purchase a ticket, understand what the requirements are for entering the venue, the timeframes in which they arrive and how they would leave the venue, [and] all of that information will be provided to them," he said."When a ticket sold the expectation is that you will meet the conditions of entry.
