Prime Minister Anthony Albanese has done a round of radio interviews this morning, talking about cost-of-living issues and his transition into being prime minister.

“My son loves KFC and when he hears about this he is going to be devastated. It’s extreme,” Albanese quipped. Albanese then said the rising cost of living and interest rates going up were having “a real impact on people”, On WSFM, Albanese said he would live at the Lodge in Canberra, which is where he would spend most of his time, but stay at Kirribilli House when in Sydney.
