However, a healthy workplace environment is not all that is needed for an IT recruiter to live stress-free. Thanks to this story, we have realized several simple truths:We used to take on almost all openings, thinking that since we have committed ourselves to provide a service, we must provide it to everyone. In fact, saying no when needed is a mark of professionalism.

We work with people, and therefore there will always be a risk that someone will take out their frustrations on you. Having chosen the HR sphere as your specialization, remember that you are also choosing constant communication with other people, where not everyone is able to conduct themselves reasonably.A story where everything, once again, went wrong is a classic scenario in recruiting.

It turns out that even the most stressful job, especially one as complex and unpredictable as IT recruiting, can become associated with the least amount of stress. It all depends on how you organize work within a team and what kind of atmosphere you create in the workplace.
