At least one death was reported in the capital but emergency workers were still on site.
Energy Minister Herman Halushchenko said the missiles targeted power generation and transmission facilities across the country.“This attack may have consequences not just for the energy systems of Ukraine, but for the energy systems of some of our neighbours.” “The schedules of stabilising outages will not work at this time. According to preliminary data at least half of the clients in Kyiv have lost power.”
