NSW Independent Liquor and Gaming Authority Chair Philip Crawford says there has been a “ground-up rebuild” of Crown Resorts.Mr Crawford said the process to open the gaming business had taken longer than expected.
“It’s a conditional opening, and we still can find them unsuitable … they know we’re going to be keeping a close eye on them,” he said.
