A retired US Army General has claimed there is danger ahead for Taiwan, insisting Chinese President Xi Jinping has not given up on using force to take the island.
He said President Xi Jinping is going to be given a “likely” indefinite term in office, which is of concern to Taiwan given his past comments.
“They have to be disappointed in Russia’s performance and the fact that Russia has also become something of an international pariah,” he said. General Keane highlighted the importance of the United States and like-minded democracies in upholding the world order.“Their common objective is to change the world order as it is known right now since World War II.
"We agree with the One-China policy, we signed onto it and all the attendant agreements made from there," Mr Biden said on May 24.
