Police and RSPCA crews are now investigating after a dead koala, dead border collie, guinea pigs and cat were among animals founded dumped in a Brisbane park.

Police and the RSPCA are already investigating the animals to determine if they had been slaughtered before they were dumped.On Friday, Lord mayor Adrian Schrinner described the actions as “a sick act”. “I’m saddened, disturbed and appalled at what’s occurred here. It’s now a matter for Queensland Police, who I hope will find the culprits, so our courts can deal with them.”
