Allen, who has pled not guilty to the murder charges, wore a bullet-proof vest over his jumpsuit while attending the hearing. Many Indiana media outlets filed a request to unseal the court records for public transparency. A judge heard the arguments Tuesday and announced she would announce her decision at a later date.
