The Australian's Greg Sheridan says this has been the “best week [US President] Trump has had, politically, since he was elected," following his "disciplined" State of the Union address and the confusion which was the Democratic Iowa Caucus.

Mr Sheridan said Trump's State of the Union address was "disciplined but focused". Trump "looks like the adult, he looks like a fox," Mr Sheridan told Sky News host Peta Credlin.
