An Australian academic detained in Iran is on a hunger strike after losing an appeal against her 10 year jail sentence.
Melbourne University lecturer Kylie Moore-Gilbert has been imprisoned in Tehran since 2018 on spying
charges. A recent letter published by her supporters has confirmed she has been refusing food and water.
