Two women with facial injuries are among four people injured by a dog that got loose during an altercation between neighbours in Alice Springs.
An argument between neighbours in an Alice Springs street overnight has led to the hospitalisation of four people after a dog broke free and began "randomly attacking everyone within the area", police say.Police do not believe the dog was intentionally released by its ownerThe attack occurred after midnight on Kraegen St in The Gap in the Central Australian town.
"It appears there has been a dispute between the neighbours and one of the parties has approached the other with his dog," he said. Police said the dog had not been located since the incident and did not say if its owner had been charged.
