but Mr Morrison argued Labor wanted a licence to “let it rip” on tax by removing an “incredibly important safeguard” that was effectively a speed limit on taxes.“I put the brake on taxes, I put the limit on taxes on when I was treasurer and that was based on clear advice from Treasury,” the Prime Minister said.
