Nicheliving is granted a stay order by WA's State Administrative Tribunal to allow it to keep building, as more than 200 homes remain unfinished by the company.
Nicheliving had its registration cancelled by the WA Building Commission last month.Late last month, WA's Building Services Board decided not to renew the registration of embattled building company Nicheliving .
Nicheliving was seeking a stay order to allow it to keep building before a SAT review to regain its registration. A troubled Perth building company with more than 230 unfinished homes on its books fails to have its building contractor registration renewed, leaving customers facing further uncertainty.
President Glancy also said the tribunal did not overlook the distress felt by customers who were waiting for their homes to be finished, and described this as a "most compelling argument".
