As Emmerdale villain Tom King continues his campaign of twisted abuse against his wife Belle Dingle, fans of the soap were left unimpressed over a potential affair twist
Emmerdale fans are convinced they’ve rumbled the latest escalation in Tom King’s abuse of Belle Dingle as they predict the vet will stray from his wife and cheat with Gabby Thomas in order to punish Belle for her friendship with Vinny Dingle. As regular viewers will know, Tom and Belle have recently been embroiled in a tense coercive control storyline, with Tom seeking to alienate Belle from her family, friends and have ownership over every aspect of her life.
Although Vinny wasn’t too badly injured, during his recovery, Belle accidentally let slip to her husband that Vinny was still a virgin, as his late wife Liv had been asexual. Keen to stick the knife in Tom kept making snide digs about his love life, before volunteering to take Vinny out to find him someone to settle down with
Chatting away, the pair even shared several subtle touches, with Tom even failing to remove his hand from her back when wife Belle arrived! Fans are now convinced that Tom will embark on a steamy affair with Gabby in order to punish Belle for caring about her relative instead of giving him her undivided attention, in the latest escalation of his sinister behaviour.
