A family captured their dramatic escape from a coastal neighborhood in Los Angeles county. Cellphone footage shows them driving through the darkness with the side of the road on fire. The video also shows power lines on fire. A fast-moving wildfire erupted on Tuesday, quickly burning through nearly 1,214 hectares (3,000 acres) and destroying homes in the affluent community along the Pacific Ocean.
