The family of Shane Ramsey has confirmed the heartbreaking news they have turned off his life support on Tuesday morning.
The family of Shane Ramsey , a 30-year-old tradie from Perth , have given a heartbreaking update after he sustained critical head injuries while on holiday in Bali .
Speaking to the Daily Mail, Catherine Ramsey confirmed her son’s life support had been turned off, but in a final act of humanity revealed he would donate his organs to desperate Aussies. Ramsey’s family started a fundraiser to raise money so their son could return to Australia as exorbitant medical costs blew out without travel insurance.page for Ramsey, organised by Amyleigh Mitchell, the flight to bring him back to Australia was going to cost “a minimum of $150,000”.
Ms Mitchell said there were “no words” to describe what a “genuine, beautiful man” Ramsey was and how loved he was by his friends and family.
