WARNING: Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander readers are advised this story contains images of people who have died The devastated family of a teenager who was found dead in a unit in Sydney’s eastern suburbs have said they want someone to be held accountable for her death. About 9.20am on Tuesday, emergency services were called to a fourth-floor unit on Hardy St at North Bondi, following reports a woman was found unresponsive. Yolonda Mumbulla, 19, was declared dead at the scene.
” Pera has organised a GoFundMe page in her friend’s memory. “With such sad and sudden news, we ask for your help in giving her a beautiful send-off,” she said. “Yolonda always had such an uplifting spirit, she was funny, full of joy, and she was always there to help anyone.” Neighbours have told 7NEWS they have been left “on edge” after a string of violent incidents in Sydney.
