The 15-year Woodbine Developmental Center says he was allowed to skip the flu shot and the COVID vaccine - until March 2022.
Woodbine agreed to give Kuan Bowleg a pass for the flu vaccine last year when he cited his beliefs as an adherent of the First Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ, according to the lawsuit filed in state Superior Court in Cumberland County, where he resides. The administration even allowed him to forgo the COVID-19 vaccine when it became widely available in early 2021. Bowleg wore protective equipment and tested regularly, according to the lawsuit.On Jan.
