Former Labor minister Graham Richardson says with Peter Dutton as Opposition Leader, there’ll be “plenty of fire” in the Albanese government’s first sitting week of parliament.
“He’s a tough guy, he’s not a softie – he’ll be in there trying got break bones so you can bet your life he’ll be throwing a few,” Mr Richardson told Sky News host Chris Smith. “I expect that that’ll make it a lot more interesting, it’s been pretty dull in recent years, there’s nothing dull about Peter Dutton, that’s for sure.
