JUST IN: Former NSW Labor frontbencher Walt Secord has announced his retirement. It comes after Secord resigned from his position in the shadow ministry after bullying accusations were alleged in a recent review. 9News FULL STATEMENT:
The surge of fear over foot and mouth disease might have subsided in most of Australia, but we can't let our guard down.
