Former Tasmanian attorney-general Elise Archer has lodged a formal complaint that Premier Jeremy Rockliff breached the state's criminal code.reconsidered her position after receiving public support. She has now confirmed she has lodged a complaint with the office of the Director of Public Prosecutions that Mr Rockliff breached section 70 of the Criminal Code Act, but declined to comment further.
"It was absolutely my right to seek such clarification in such political circumstances and Mr Speaker it was done a very respectful way, and what Ms Archer does is up to Ms Archer," he said.
