The United Kingdom’s shortest serving prime minister is set to deliver a strongly-worded speech criticising cancel culture and the 'weakness' of leaders like Emmanuel Macron.
Ms Truss served at 10 Downing Street for just 49 days and was the final prime minister to be sworn in under Queen Elizabeth II just days before the Monarch’s death in September 2022.
“We need to tell people the truth about what happened in the Cold War and how freedom won and what life is really like under communism.” Ms Truss is expected to further criticise western nations for becoming too preoccupied with “identity politics”. “We have to spell out what individual liberty means and it is the pathway to fulfilment, not identity politics.”
