Today former Bubs CEO Kristy Carr launched a campaign to replace the infant formula maker’s board.

Ms Carr is Bubs’ fourth biggest shareholder and has the backing of the company’s second biggest holder, Jack Gance, co-founder of Chemist Warehouse.

She and her backers propose Peter Nathan, the former CEO in Asia for A2 Milk, be appointed as the new Chief Executive.
