Jake Suthers, whose firm The QS Company is carrying out the commercial management services for the development, said: “I am thrilled that following over two years of hard work, works on site will finally be commencing to regenerate this fantastic venue. “The scheme has been designed carefully to respect the character of the local area and we look forward to bringing the former pub back into productive use.”Sign up below to receive Blog Preston's email newsletter.
