Officers attached to Burwood police area command commenced an investigation in September, following reports that a 41-year-old woman was sexually assaulted by the man between 13 and 28 August 2024. During the investigation, detectives identified and spoke with a second woman, aged 55, who was allegedly sexually assaulted at a Concord home in March 2024.
