"What I was seeing in the party's executive and administrative wing of the party… were decisions being made that weren't necessarily in the best interests of the party," he said today. Speirs claimed the factional right is taking over the state Liberal Party and suggested the branch be placed into federal administration.The feud between David Speirs and Vincent Tarzia is continuing. After Speirs was unexpectedly dumped from the frontbench while on holiday, Tarzia said the two are planning to meet in person soon to iron out their differences, although no date has been set. "I'm looking forward to seeing him in the next few days and having a chat with him direct," Tarzia said.
