A young girl has been flown to hospital after she was bitten by a dingo at a popular tourist destination in Queensland.
The attack happened on K'gari at Orchid Beach, about 12.52pm on Saturday, a Queensland Ambulance Service spokeswoman said according to The Courier Mail. The Queensland government's Department of Environment, Science and Innovation has a list of advice on dingoes for tourists visiting K'gari, with the wild inhabitants of the island having had more interactions with humans in recent years due to more exposure.
