Uncertain of his white-ball form upon arriving in India, Pat Cummins warmed up for the World Cup by producing his best ODI series.The 25-year-old fast bowler has come through a winning one-day series, and is on track for Australia's World Cup teamCummins grabbed 14 wickets at 15.71 in the five matches and would have earned man-of-the-series honours if not for the efforts of Usman Khawaja, who scored two centuries in the series.

Cummins proved a nightmare for India's openers during the series, regularly striking with the new ball. Much of the focus has been on who will drop out of the current squad to accommodate Steve Smith and David Warner's returns, but competition for spots is also fierce among the bowlers. "I wouldn't want to be a selector. It's going to be a tough job, whittling it down to 15," Cummins said.
