Greg, from Edinburgh, says the flight landed 150 miles away from Marrakech and he had to get a taxi after Ryanair failed to provide transport.
A Scots Ryanair passenger alleges that he was left stranded at an empty airport in 40C heat - after his flight to Morocco was diverted unexpectedly.
Greg said that after arriving at the airport the passengers were told that buses would be soon sent to transport them to Marrakesh. "The cabin crew were not interested in helping on the plane, and shunned any attempts to get information. It was 40 + degrees, and a nearly 200 people are waiting outside an airport three hours from their destination, yet no one from Ryanair is there to communicate, provide update or even provide water. It is a disgrace that Ryanair gave no support and just abandoned their customers.
He has also lodged an official complaint with the airline and hopes for better clarification regarding why the flight was diverted. "I thank god that I do not require special assistance , can only imagine being disabled and waiting all that time, no information etc to Ryanair's incompetency to effectively manage emergency situations.
