The future for women and girls in Afghanistan is “as bleak as ever,” according to Sky News host Chris Kenny.
Mr Kenny’s remarks come after the Taliban ordered the closure of hair and beauty salons in Afghanistan, marking the latest restriction on women’s freedoms to be imposed by the
regime.“All that blood, all that treasure, all those lives sacrificed to create opportunities for others, but now, the future for women and girls in Afghanistan is as bleak as ever.”
