What was the moment in your career that changed you, or that you learnt a lot from? Or that was pivotal in some way? And it was only about 10 years in that I joined the dots that behind every single one of those numbers was a human being. And that human being was probably interacting with us at a scary and horrible point in their life. And people, when they are feeling vulnerable, don’t always behave in ways the model will tell you.I’m at the gym at six o’clock. I finish at 10 to seven and then grab a coffee on the way home. I do that five mornings a week. I’m an actuary.
