Migrants are moving to regional Australian towns to fill vital skills shortages – and employers hope they will stay for good.

Roger Ponseca is one of the Filipino workers employed by Mr Barber. He moved to Horsham five years ago with his wife, Josie, and their three children. Population decline has long been an issue for regional towns, but Horsham's population grew in the latest census.
