Supporters union says issues which existed at club are being 'immediately addressed'
The Glentoran Supporters Union says it held an "extremely positive, successful and informative meeting" with club owner Ali Shams Pour. In a statement released by the GSU on Friday the group said "an open, frank and honest" meeting was held between both parties on Thursday 23 May.

And all these fans see is the men's first-team performances and that's how they are gauging the success of the whole club. But it shouldn't be like that."
"We have no doubts that Ali Shams Pour wants the same as all Glentoran supporters and is keen to deliver success both on and off the pitch," the statement read. "We had many conversations which, at this stage, are not for public disclosure, but are extremely encouraging for our future. We have no doubts about Ali's commitment to Glentoran and our financial security.
