man has been arrested and charged with child sex offences after allegedly organising a meeting with detectives who had been posing as a 13-year-old girl.
Police allege the man had sent explicit photos and videos of himself and had attempted to groom the child through social media. Detective Inspector Glen Donaldson said the case showed the dangers posed by online predators, urging parents to consider the online activity of their children and take active safety measures.
