Golf Australia has cancelled its major tournaments after calling off the 2021 Women’s Australian Open, 2020 men’s Australian Open and the 2020 Australian PGA events.
The men's open, co-sanctioned with the European Tour, was scheduled for Melbourne's Kingston Heath, the PGA was to be at Royal Queensland and the Women's Open is based in Adelaide."We have collectively spent months in exhaustive consultation with all relevant authorities and our sanctioning partners to try to find a way to stage all three events safely and at that world-class level to which we've all become accustomed.
