The NSW Greens have lodged their upper house ticket for the NSW election, after an eleventh-hour legal bid was rejected by the Supreme Court | LisaVisentin

Co-convenor of Greens NSW Rochelle Flood welcomed the decision by Justice Stephen Robb on Friday and confirmed the party had submitted its ticket to the NSW Electoral Commission.

“Our lead upper house candidates are David Shoebridge, Abigail Boyd and Dawn Walker – in that order," Ms Flood said. The NSW Greens have lodged their upper house ticket for the state election after a last-ditch legal bid was thrown out.Greens members Lindsay Johnston and Chris Harris launched legal action on Thursday seeking a court-ordered recount of the party's ticket to resolve a long-running dispute over which candidate deserved the lucrative number two position.

Mr Johnston and Mr Harris wanted Mr Buckingham's preferences to be recounted and distributed on the basis that Ms Walker, who was preselected in fourth spot, would be elevated into the second spot ahead of Ms Boyd.Outside the court Mr Buckingham launched his independent ticket for the upper house comprised of 15 candidates, including a number of former Greens members.
