Mediators Egypt and Qatar received a response from Hamas and Palestinian groups to a US ceasefire plan for Gaza, the Egyptian and Qatari governments said on Tuesday.
" Blinken says Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu had "reaffirmed his commitment" to the proposed six-week ceasefire, which the United Nations Security Council has backed . Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese says Australia fully backed the ceasefire resolution.
