The family of 67-year-old Hari Narayan say he was always joking and making others smile.
Police have named a cyclist who was killed in a crash with a car in Leicester.The 67-year-old's loved-ones said he was an inspirational member of the local Fijian community and a dedicated family man, in a statement released by Leicestershire Police.Hari Narayan had an "infectious laugh", his family said."He was an inspirational member of the Fijian community who was readily available to support family or friends in need.
"Life won't be the same without him and we'd like to thank all our friends and family near and far for their kind words and support during these difficult times." Police say Mr Narayan was riding on the slip road for Red Hill Circle towards Beaumont Leys, shortly before 19:00 GMT, when he was injured.Anyone who has footage of the crash, or who saw Mr Narayan or the car beforehand, is asked to contact officers.
