With 2020 just weeks away, streaming giant Spotify have unveiled the streaming data of the 2010s. Drake and Ed Sheeran are high on the list.

Complicating the discussion further, Spotify's wrap also shone the spotlight on the decade's recent latecomers. 2019's most streamed artist globally was US frat-rapper Post Malone with over 6.5 billion streams, with Billie Eilish'sthe year's top-streamed album, and Camilla Cabello and Shawn Mendes'On the local front, Australia's top-streamed homegrown artists this year were led by veterans Hilltop Hoods, and included Dean Lewis, Tones and I, and Sticky Fingers.
