Former prime minister John Howard is asking Australians to not let the Voice to Parliament debate become 'some kind of virility test of how strongly you feel and care for indigenous people.'
Mr Howard told Sky News host Paul Murray on Wednesday night, that people can care passionately for indigenous Australians while also strongly opposing any change to the constitution.
