BREAKING: Police are at the scene dealing with the incident
at the Royds Avenue area off Hollins Lane have closed the road and are asking motorists to find alternative routes.confirmed the road has been closed while emergency services attend the incident.
At this stage it is not clear how long the road will remain closed for or if any serious injuries have been reported. Hyndburn Police tweeted: "We're currently at the scene of a road traffic collision at the Royds Avenue area, off Hollins Lane. We'd ask people to avoid the area and find alternative routes.We'll provide an update once the road has reopened. Thanks for your understanding."
